Refunds: If you have any issues with your glitter, it is your responsibility to reach out to me via email or instagram to go over any issues you may have. There is a 7 day policy that will take place when you receive your order. All items will need to be shipped back, at your expense, in the original packaging that it was received, without any damage and unopened. Refund approval will be approved or denied thru email or IG message.

Custom Items
Custom items are personalized and therefore cannot be refunded. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us directly through email so that we can work to resolve the issue. Thank you for your understanding..
Other Items
We understand that sometimes an item may not be what you were hoping for. We offer a 7 day return policy for all of our products. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging and in undamaged condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses. To initiate a refund, please contact us through email within 7 days of delivery.
