Shipping Info

Glitter​

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, please allow up to 24 hours before checking your tracking number, as the postal service sometimes is delayed.

Please make sure you are shipping products to a safe location, as we are not responsible for stolen packages. Also, please make sure you are entering and double checking the address being entered during checkout. If there is an error in your address after I've sent off your package, you will need to contact USPS and intercept the package at your own expense. 

Drinkware/Other

All non-glitter drinkware, tumblers and other custom item orders will be processed as specified per listing! Please check the listing on your order to determine the turnaround time. Once your order is shipped, please allow up to 24 hours before checking your tracking number, as the postal service sometimes is delayed.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package is received by USPS, it is out of my hands. Any questions or concerns regarding your package should be directed to USPS customer service line at 1-800-ASK-USPS. We are not responsible for any missing items once your tracking number shows delivered.

  • What are your business hours?
    My business hours are Mon-Fri 10a-6p. Any questions asked outside of this window, will get a response during normal business hours.
  • If I need to contact you, how would I do so?"

  • I seen an item you posted on IG or FB but I don't see it on your website. How can I order it?
    There's a possibility that I haven't posted it yet to my website, or it could be a cup that I made for RTS (ready to ship). It can be remade. Please send a message to glitztoglamcrafts@gmail.com along with a screenshot of the item you are requesting.
  • What do you charge for shipping?
    Shipping cost is order specific and there is no flat rate charge unless specified.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship internationally.
  • Do you offer any other oz for glitter other than 2oz?
    I currently do not have any other option for the size of glitter that I offer.
  • Does the glitter come in bottles or bags?
    The glitter will come in 2oz bags.
